  Harvest Home Celebration - On October 14, we celebrated Harvest Home Sunday. Food items were donated and displayed during the service. After the service, the food was delivered for distribution in Williamsport.   (Read more...)

  Blessing of the Keys - On Sunday, October 7, 2018, Taylor Wentzel, Hannah Haussmann and Sadie Wentzel came before the congregation after having successfully completed the driver's exam, and asked for our prayers in the milestone we call Blessing of the Young Driver and Car Keys.  (Read more...)

  Milestone: Praising God for More than 70 years - "70+, single and still praising God" is a milestone celebration for seniors who are widowed or were never married. On Sunday, August 12, we honored them for their years of worship.   (Read more...)


  Family Fishing Derby - The Fishing Derby held at Doeblers’ Pond on July 15 was attended by about 25 folks. Hot dogs, drinks, and snacks were shared by all while enthusiastic anglers tried their luck at the water.   (Read more...)

  Successful Meal Packaging Event at St. Mark's - The Meal Packaging Event: Ending Hunger, Enriching Lives was held at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church on Saturday, April 21. Volunteers of all ages and abilities packaged 20,000 fortified tomato basil pasta meals.  (Read more...)

  Souper Bowl 2018! - St. Mark’s was overjoyed to contribute 537 food items to the Lycoming County Food Bank, 4 #10 cans of vegetables to St. Anthony’s Center, and over $413.16 to Shepherd of the Streets on Souper Bowl Sunday.  (Read more...)

  Celebrating Christmas Eve at St. Mark's - Christmas Eve was also the last Sunday of Advent, so the day started with the Advent message at regular Sunday worship and ended with the 10:00 PM candlelight service.  (Read more...)

  Williamsport Civic Chorus Concert & Kids’ Night Out - On December 9 the Williamsport Civic Chorus gave a gloriously unique performance of the Festival of Nine Lessons. This followed Kids Night Out, in Fellowship Hall.  (Read more...)
